Staff Vaccination Program completed

18 / 06 / 2021

As of 10th June 2021 we have completed a Vaccination program at Unisurge that was supported by West Suffolk Council and delivered by local GP services. Rookery General Practice in Newmarket attended the site on 2 occasions and delivered over 300 vaccine doses to staff and their family members. We are grateful for the support this program has received and pleased we were able to offer so many people the protection they deserve through this difficult period in our country’s history.
The program has allowed staff to receive this treatment without significantly disrupting our operation, and also allowed family and co-habitants to also benefit.
We hope this will ensure our operation remains viable and intact for the foreseeable future.

It has given me great pride to hear how businesses have gone the extra mile to help during the Coronavirus pandemic.  For this reason, I am delighted to suggest the British Chambers of Commerce UK Business Heroes campaign that recognises the incredible work businesses have carried out across the UK, in the most challenging of years.

It has been a particular pleasure to hear stories of how you have supported your local communities throughout the outbreak and to see you nominated as UK Business Heroes by your local Chamber of Commerce.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your positive contributions, congratulate you on your recognition as a UK Business Hero and wish you every success in your endeavours in the weeks and months ahead as we look to the recovery of our country.

Recognition as a UK Business Hero by the British Chamber of Commerce

Dear Amir,

We are delighted to announce that Unisurge has been nominated as a Chamber of Commerce – UK Business Hero.

The British Chambers of Commerce, of which Suffolk Chamber is part of, launched the campaign in September to recognise the incredible work that UK businesses are doing, in the most challenging of years. We’re pleased to say that we’ve seen some fantastic stories about businesses and individuals across the UK and that your business has been nominated as UK Business Hero.

We are also absolutely delighted to also share a message of support from HRH The Countess of Wessex for your positive contributions during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Chamber is paying tribute to all nominated businesses, by giving out the UK Business Heroes stamp which demonstrates that you have gone the extra mile to support your local community during the Coronavirus outbreak.

Please do use the attached marketing toolkit we have designed to proudly represent that you are UK Business Hero.
