We are looking for a HR Manager to be part of the operational leadership team responsible for developing, advising on and implementing policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organisation. The successful candidate will ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the longer-term goals of the business
The HR Manager will be employed on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary plus benefits. Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include working closely with all departments to assist line managers, developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring employee records are maintained accurately, coordinating training, among other duties.
